PROJECT SUPERVISOR (HOME CARE SERVICES)
Project Manager will be required to call on potential clients and hire PCA staff to establish and strengthen quality home health care services. The Project Manager will be required to provide daily reports to the off-site Administrator for new incoming and potential PCA and Homemaking clients along with staffing strategies for incoming referrals. The Project Manager will also be responsible for building a diverse database of PCA/Homemaking candidates. At least 3 years direct working experience in office setting (Home Health Care and Client Relations highly preferred). Other experience in related fields such as hospitality, HR, healthcare, insurance, billing and patient appointment coordinator are also highly desired.
Builds applicant and client sources by researching and contacting county and community agencies, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing agency information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport, coordinating meetings and interviews with all prospects.
Determines acceptance of referrals by reviewing service agreements and staff availability
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites and other viable sources
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; and assessing good fit and compatibility with potential client(s).
Improves agency attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits
Accomplishes human resources and organization mission as required and established by Minnesota Department of Health and Minnesota Department of Human Services.
Self-Starter, People Skills, Office Management Skills, Supports Diversity, Employment Law, Results Driven, Professional, Organized, Health Care experience (preferred) Supervisory/Office Management experience (highly recommended).
